This webinar, hosted by the Artificial Intelligence for Social Impact & Development (AI4SID – www.ai4sid.org) initiative, will explore the practical execution of AI solutions for social good in Nigeria, with a focus on pilots, partnerships, governance, and people. Rather than abstract discussions, the session emphasizes actionable pathways to turn ideas into scalable, inclusive, and accountable solutions across health, education, humanitarian response, and other development areas. Participants will gain insights into how small pilots can evolve into impactful programs, the role of strategic partnerships, the importance of governance frameworks, and the centrality of people in ensuring adoption and sustainability. The goal is to equip stakeholders with practical strategies to accelerate AI-for-social-good initiatives that are locally relevant and globally informed.
This webinar hosted by Artificial Intelligence for Social Impact & Development (AI4SID- www.ai4sid.org) initiative aims to ground the conversation on artificial intelligence (AI) for social good for implementers, non governmental organizations , civil society organizations and allied partners in the Nigerian reality. Rather than focusing on distant, ideal scenarios, we will explore how to maximize the infrastructure, talent, and resources Nigeria already has to drive social good. The goal is to provide thought leadership that is both visionary and actionable within the AI for social good ecosystem, showing stakeholders how to bridge existing gaps towards AI operationalization while building for the future where AI delivers maximum impact for social good.
